GoVirable ("GoVirable", "we", "us") turns long-form videos into short, social-ready clips and, at your request, publishes them to social platforms you connect. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and (if you enable it) phone number, used to create and secure your account.
• Content you provide — the videos you upload or import by link, and the clips, captions, thumbnails and metadata generated from them.
• Connected social accounts — when you connect a platform (e.g. TikTok or YouTube) we store the authorization tokens that platform returns. We use them solely to publish content and read basic account info on your behalf. We never receive your social platform password.
• Usage data — basic logs needed to operate the service (e.g. job status, timestamps, error diagnostics).

2. How we use your information

• To process your videos into clips and generate titles, descriptions and hashtags.
• To publish or schedule content to the social accounts you explicitly connect and select.
• To operate, secure, maintain and improve the service.
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party services

To provide the service we share the minimum necessary data with:

• Social platforms you connect (TikTok, YouTube/Google, and others you choose) — to publish content and read basic profile details, under their respective terms and privacy policies.
• AI / cloud processing providers — used to transcribe speech and generate clip copy. Audio/transcript data is processed to produce your results.

Connecting a platform is always your choice; you may disconnect it at any time.

4. Data retention

We keep your videos, clips and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete videos and clips at any time from your Library, and you can disconnect any social account, which removes its stored tokens.

5. Your choices and rights

• Access, update or delete your content from within the app.
• Disconnect any connected social account at any time.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport over HTTPS, hashed credentials, and restricted access to stored tokens) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. Children

GoVirable is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
