Data Deletion
Effective date: 28 June 2026
You are always in control of your data on GoVirable. This page explains how to delete individual content, disconnect a connected platform (which removes the data we hold from it), and request deletion of your entire account.
1. Delete individual videos & clips
Sign in and open your Library. Each video and clip has a delete action — removing it permanently deletes that media and its generated metadata (titles, descriptions, thumbnails) from our storage.
2. Disconnect a social account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube…)
Go to Social accounts, find the connected account, and choose Disconnect. This immediately deletes the authorization tokens we stored for that platform, so we can no longer access it on your behalf.
You can also revoke GoVirable's access from the platform's own settings — for Facebook: Settings & privacy → Business Integrations, then remove GoVirable.
3. Delete your entire account and all associated data
To erase your account and everything tied to it — your profile, all uploaded videos and clips, generated metadata, connected-account tokens, and activity records — submit a request and we will permanently delete it.
Request full deletion
- Email support@govirable.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account and data."
- We verify the request and permanently delete your data within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is complete.
Note: content you previously published to an external platform (e.g. a Reel on your Facebook Page) lives on that platform — delete those posts there, or use the app's unpublish action where available.
4. Facebook data deletion
If you connected Facebook or Instagram, removing the connection (section 2) or deleting your account (section 3) deletes the data we obtained from Meta. For any question specific to Meta-sourced data, email support@govirable.com and we will respond promptly.
